Newly has been focusing on providing our services to quality Victorian Care and Support Professionals, and Providers. Expanding our services to a national footprint has been one of our key goals, and we always want to work with great partners in new markets who we feel reflect similar values to the ones we hold here at Newly.
It’s really exciting to be able to announce that we are about to take this next step and provide our services in New South Wales. This is not in the least because we’ve found a great employer to partner with us: Just Better Care.
Providing better care
Just Better Care are a leading provider of in-home support services in Australia, specialising in providing their clients the opportunity to live in their own home, whilst receiving person-centred care and support of the highest quality. They are actively engaged in every community that they work in, ensuring each of their offices have their own specialised knowledge of the area where they operate.
Their focus is always on the individual client and avoiding generalised labels, which informs their tailored approach to providing support services. All of this is underpinned by their five core values of:
- Each person has choice and control over their life
- No-one is defined by the support or services they receive
- All people are treated with dignity and respect
- Community care is a respected and skilled vocation
- Sustainable growth aligned to our core beliefs and values
It’s because of these common values that we are so excited to get started with Just Better Care and it makes them the perfect partner to begin our journey in New South Wales.
